Pam Holnback

Painting almost exclusively in oils, Pam considers herself a Contemporary Impressionist. “I add my color and visual interpretations as well as my feelings to what I paint.” Pam received her Bachelor’s of Arts degree from the University of Northern Colorado in Greeley with a teaching certificate in Art Education. She received her Master’s of Arts from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs. She taught art for 28 years, the last 22 in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Additionally she taught in Iran and Bolivia. She retired from teaching in May 2008 and now spends her time painting, traveling, and enjoying the out-of-doors.

Pam Holnback has studied at Studio Incamminati, Cottonwood Artist’s School, under Nelson Shanks, Michael Boggess, Sparky LeBold, Kim English, Laura Reilly, Martha Mans, Carol Marine, Laurel Daniel, Michael Klein, and Jill Carver.   She has exhibited in many local Colorado venues and is involved in the Daily Painting movement.
